There are two packages for Do Dham Yatra in
first option we cover Badrinath ji & Kedarnath ji & in Second Option we
cover Yamunotri & Gangotri.
Here first option Package [ Badrinath- Kedarnath ] is given
Badrinath- Kedarnath-Haridwar-Rishikesh (08 Days)
Day 01 : Delhi - Rishikesh (height 1222 Feet) :
First day departure by bus/car from Delhi as per package itinerary to
Rishikesh 225 k.m. Rishikesh is known as "City of Saints". Next day
visit to Luxman Jhula ,Swarg ashram, Nine floor temples etc. overnight
stay in hotel at Rishikesh
Day 02 : Rudraprayag/Guptakashi (height 4200 Feet) :
Second day departure for Rudra Prayag via Tehri, Shrinagar Rudraprayag
(175 k.m.) Have your lunch on way , Have Darshan at Sangam of
Mandakini and Alaknanda and Shankar Temple. Overnight Stay at Rudra
Prayag.
Day 03 Kedarnath (height 11817 Feet) :
Third Day departure for Kedar Nath ji via Rudraprayag to Gaurikund by
trek ( doli/ Palki and horses ) are available. Kedarnath ji temple is
open up to noon and evening. Aarti darshan are available. One has to
book special pooja one day in advance at Kedarnath ji. Overnight stay at
Guesthouse 4 person in a room. ( Four Sharing).
Day 04 Rudraprayag / Pipalkoti :
Fourth Day have breakfast and depart for Gaurikund by trek ( Doli, Palki,
Horses) onward journey by vehicle to Pipalkoti overnight stay in
hotel / Guest house at Pipalkoti.
Day 05 Badrinath (height 10248 Feet) :
Fifth day drive from Pipalkoti to Badrinath 75 k.m. by road. Badrinath
ji is most important Dham in the Chardham Yatra package. Temple of
Badrinath ji is situated on the bank of river Alaknanda which is
surrounded by snow claded mountains of Himalaya. It is said that Adi
guru Shankaracharya ji had found idol of god Badrinath ji from the
narakkund and set up in the temple of Badrivishal. One has to take bath
in Tapt kund before having darshan of shri Badrivishal .At evening one
can participate in Swarn Arti and Kappor Arti .One can visit Mana
Village located near Badrinath ji, where Bheempul, Vyas Gufa are places
to visit.overnight stay at Joshimath.
Day 06 Devprayag/Shrinagar (height 2000 Feet) :
Sixth day depart from Joshinath Departure via Joshimath Aull if possible
by cable car onward proceed to Devprayag. Confluence of two jyant river
of Himalaya Alaknanda and Bhagirathi from this points Ganga the sacred
name was announced by deities of cosmic etarnal power. There is 5000
years old Raghunathji temple darshan and aarti. Overnight stay.
Day 07 Haridwar :
After breakfast departure to Haridwar on the way River Rafting at
Shivpuri those who are adventurous, proceed to Haridwar lunch evening
aarati at Hari ki Podi. Overnight stay.
Day 08 Delhi :
After breakfast departure to Delhi and further journey to Home as per
schedule tour ends.
