• Room tariff is payable in advance to confirm bookings.
• Neemrana has five Fort-Palace wings built over eleven levels. Should you want two or more adjacent rooms, please make a request while booking. The reservation office shall try its best, but all categories of rooms are not always found together.
• There are 9 Luxury Suites, 7 Suites, 7 Grand Rooms and 32 Rooms which can sleep a total of 140 guests. 
• Extra bed can be arranged if space permits
  • @ Rs.500(+taxes) for children and Rs.Rs.800 (+taxes) for Adult.
• Rooms when available, can be given for day use from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., at 60% of the normal room charge.
• Check-in time is 2 pm. Check-out time is 12 noon.
• Luxury tax as per Government regulations.
• Swimming pool and health spa facilities are for residents only.

• Fixed menus are offered at the per head rates:
  • Breakfast Complimentary, Rs.700/- for lunch and Rs.800/- for dinner. (taxes extra)
• Most Saturdays during the season have a special cultural performance followed by a Mandatory Gala dinner @ Rs.1500/- plus taxes.
• Breakfast is served from 7.30 to 9.30 am, lunch from 12.30 to 2.30 pm and dinner from 8 to 10 pm.
• No charge for children below 4 years and half rates for children below 10.
• Bar facilities are available for residents only. Personal liquor is not permitted.
• Charges for Non-residents : Breakfast Rs.400/-, Lunch Rs.900/- (taxes extra).
• For Non-residents Sundays Lunch buffet @ Rs.1100 (taxes extra).
• 26th January, Lunch Buffet for non-residents @ Rs. 1100/-, if booked in advance (taxes extra).

• Visitors not staying at Neemrana Fort-Palace will be allowed entry, only if the Fort is not fully chartered. They will be charged Rs.500/- per head for visiting the public areas for 3 hours, between 12 noon to 3 pm only. Two children below 12 are allowed free with their parents.

• Conference facilities are available at a charge of Rs 30,000/- for the Jalgiri Mahal (seats 150), Rs.20,000/- for Darbar Mahal (seats 45) or Kasturi Mahal (seats 35). Rs.50,000 is charged for non-residents. Conference equipment is provided as per actual costs, on a prior notice.
• Area blocking charges for lunch or dinner is between Rs.20,000/- and Rs.50,000/-.
• The property can be chartered for an exclusive wedding/celebrations or any other event @ Rs. 1,00,000 in addition to the room costs.
• For wedding & large functions, 80% of the approx. billing is required to be paid at-least 40 days in advance in order to confirm the booking and the remaining amount to be paid at the time of check-in.

• 25% if cancelled four days in advance.
• 50% if cancelled two days in advance.
• 50% if few of the total booked rooms are cancelled.
• 100% if cancelled one day prior to booking or on the same day.
• Credit card cancellations will be charged 3% extra.

• 25% if cancelled fourty five days in advance.
• 50% if cancelled thirty days in advance.
• 50% if few of the total booked rooms are cancelled.
• 100% if cancelled fifteen days in advance or later.

• Rates for fashion photography and filming are available on request.
• Luxury tax 5% on room tariff
• Sales tax 12.5%.
• All applicable taxes and charges are subject to Government regulations.
• No postponement of booking will be entertained and they will be treated as per the cancellation policy.

• Off-season discount from 1st May to 31st August: 20% on air conditioned rooms, 40% on air cooled and other rooms .
