time of reservations only or subject to availability.
No refunds shall be made for short stay or un availed
facilities. Management reserves the right to alter or
withdraw in part or cancel the facilities provided

Luxury Tax: 10% on FIT room Tariff

Room Service Charge: 15% on Food & Beverages.
CANCELLATION RULES
Less than 7 days but more than 5 days : 30% of the
package price.
Less than 5 days but more than 3 days : 50% of the
package price.
Less than 3 days or no show : No refund.
