Dekeling Resort at Hawk's
Nest - Darjeeling combines every comfort and
convenience with a unique experience of British and
Tibetan history. Constructed in the late 19th century
by Sir William Ferguson Ducat, the mansion is typical
of those built by British of the Raj period who
favored Darjeeling as a summer retreat. Recently
restored to its original splendor, Hawk's Nest is now
available for vacationers and honeymooners looking for
a unique experience.
Accommodation :
Each of the four luxury suites include two large rooms
cable television plus a large private bath with
adequate supply of hot and cold water. The authentic
wood and glass work in each room is complemented by
original tiled fireplaces which have been carefully
restored to working order. Each suite enjoys a view of
our floral gardens and the Darjeeling hills and
Kanchenjunga range.
Other Facilities : Telephone, laundry service and transportation
are available on request and Hotel has its our own
standby generator.

Package Itinerary
DAY 01 - ARRIVAL NJP RAILWAY / IXB AIRPORT - DARJEELING On
arrival at NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport, you will be met by our
office Executive who will assist you to board your vehicle to Darjeeling
(100 kms / 3 hrs). Overnight at Hotel.
DAY 02 - DARJEELING After breakfast visit to Padmaja Naidu
Himalayan Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on
Thursday), Tenzing & Gombu. Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Center
(Closed on Sunday) & Tea Estate. Afternoon visit to Rock Garden & Ganga
Maya Lake. Overnight at Hotel.
DAY 03 - DARJEELING Early morning tour to Tiger Hills (at around
4 am) to view sunrise over Kanchenjunga Peak (subject to clear weather).
On way back visit Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop. After breakfast go for
a half day sightseeing of Natural History Museum, Japanese Temple, Peace
Pagoda, Lal Kothi, Ava Art Gallery & Dhirdham Temple. Evening free for
self activity. Overnight at Hotel.
DAY 04 - DARJEELING - NJP RAILWAY / IXB AIRPORT After breakfast
proceed to NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport (100 Km / 03 Hrs), for your
onward connection.
